01 What does OVIO feel like—and who is it for?
OVIO is for people who prefer a soft, plush landing and a fuller pillow profile without the dense feeling of a solid foam block.
It may not suit people who prefer a very thin or very firm pillow, or anyone requiring prescribed clinical support.
02 Will it flatten or need refluffing?
All fibre-filled pillows settle to some degree through normal use. Occasionally shake OVIO and gently redistribute the fill to help maintain an even profile.
We do not describe OVIO as “never flat” or maintenance-free.
03 What should hot sleepers expect?
Pillow temperature depends on the room, pillowcase, bedding and individual sleeper. OVIO does not promise permanent or all-night cooling.
We recommend pairing it with a breathable pillowcase and bedding if temperature is a major concern.
04 What are the size, materials and care instructions?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle using mild detergent. Tumble dry on low until completely dry, then gently redistribute the fill. Always follow the sewn-in care label.
05 What comes with my order—and can I mix colours?
Each unit is one OVIO Fullnest Pillow insert. Pillowcases and other bedding shown in lifestyle photographs are not included.
Multi-pillow bundles let you select a different colour for each individual pillow before adding the set to cart.
06 Why does OVIO arrive compressed?
OVIO is compressed for transit and may initially appear flatter, creased or uneven. Carefully remove the packaging, shake and reshape the pillow, then place it flat.
Allow up to 48 hours before assessing its final profile. Let it air in a ventilated room if you notice a mild packaging scent after opening.
07 How do delivery and the 90-day guarantee work?
The current delivery estimate is shown before checkout. Tracking is emailed after your order enters the delivery network.
The 90-day guarantee begins on the recorded delivery date. Opened and lightly used pillows qualify when they meet the eligibility and hygiene conditions in our Return Policy.
